  • How do I sign up?

  • What do you charge for Wash and Fold?
    Pricing couldn’t be easier. Regular customers are charged $3.97 per pound of clothes with a minimum of 10 pounds. Look at our time saver plans for discounted pricing!
  • Is there a delivery charge?
    There are no pickup or delivery fees for orders $30 or more. Orders less than $30 will be charged a delivery fee of $7.95
  • Is there a minimum charge?
    There is a minimum charge of $30 for any order, or a $7.95 delivery fee will apply (unless the client is on a Time Saver Plan).
  • How will I be billed?
    Your credit or debit card will be charged directly once your order is complete.
  • How much does an average order cost?
    $30 - $60 on average.
  • Which credit cards do you accept?
    Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • What is your turnaround for typical dry cleaning?
    Pickup - Completed Monday --- Thursday Tuesday --- Friday Wednesday --- Monday Thursday --- Tuesday Friday --- Wednesday
  • I missed my pickup day. Is there a missed pickup fee?
    You will receive an email reminder for pickups. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out, we do reserve the right to charge a $10 missed pickup fee to cover costs.
  • Do you serve my area?
    We currently serve the following zip codes: Tacoma Zip Codes: 98402, 98403, 98405, 98406, 98407, 98465, 98466 Puyallup Zip Codes: 98371, 98372, 98373, 98374, 98375
  • Do I call each time I need laundry service?
    No. You can login into your online account and request a pickup service by selecting a day or you can schedule a regular pickup and delivery schedule.
  • Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
    None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service, please let us know… that way we can make improvements.
  • How often can I change or update my laundry profile?
    As often as you like. Just text us the details through the system (253)201-2646 or give us a call.
  • What if I’m not home when you pick up and deliver?
    No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it, then log into your account and edit your Pickup/Delivery instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their front or back door, side door, garage or in foyer if they are not home. Our driver's routes differ daily (like Amazon deliveries) so we cannot guarantee a certain time for pick up and delivery. We also have wreath hangers available for easy drop off. Please select a drop-off site that’s protected from the elements.
  • I scheduled a pickup but, forgot to leave my laundry out on pick up day.  What should I do?"
    You can drop off the order at the store, or reschedule your pickup through the app for the next pick up/delivery day.
  • Could you pick up and deliver to my place of work?
    Absolutely! Just provide us with pickup and delivery instructions.
  • Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customer’s clothes?
    No. We wash and dry all our customer’s laundry single batch… individually in separate machines.
  • Do you treat stains?
    Yes. Please place all special pieces in a separate bag with instructions. While we’re successful in getting out many stains, some are out of our capability of removing.
  • What are your hours?
    We are open from 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday - Friday 10am to 2pm Saturday. You can drop off and pick up laundry and dry cleaning during these times. For after hour drop-offs we do have night drops at both locations. At our Puyallup location Lockers are available for after hours pick up. Please call to arrange after hours locker pick up.
  • Do you offer detergents with no fragrances and perfumes?
    Yes, we offer Free and Clear detergents at no additional charge.
  • Do you offer fabric softener?
    Absolutely! For no additional charge you can feel as soft and smell as good as a daisy.
